My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The suite I stayed in could have been a little cleaner and had a slight pet store smell, but the breakfast offering was decent with peanut butter & jelly, bread, cereal, and yogurt. The service was lacking in friendliness, with staff being unnecessarily rude and not very pleasant. Although they eventually addressed issues like the broken AC, their people skills definitely need improvement. The location was convenient for my daughter's volleyball game at the nearby high school, but it did impact our evening negatively. The dining experience left something to be desired, lacking variety and freshness in the options available.
